These terms and conditions explain how Propeintre Enterprises collects, uses and protects personal information submitted as part of a request for a quote.

1. Collection and explicit consent

By completing our painting quote request form, you consent to the collection of your personal information, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, and information related to your project.

2. Purpose and transfer to third parties

Your information is collected for the sole purpose of connecting you with a qualified painting contractor.

By submitting your request, you agree that this information will be shared with a maximum of one partner contractor so that they can assess your project and contact you to provide a quote.

3. Information storage and security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Your information will be kept only for the time necessary to process your submission request, and will then be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our legal obligations.



4. Your rights

In accordance with Law 25 on the protection of personal information, you have, in particular, the following rights:

• Right of access to your personal information;
• Right to correct your information;
• Right to withdraw your consent, where applicable.
